We offer young people an extensive choice of qualified training positions. The aim of our training is to gain these young people as long-term members for our team. This effort is recognised. This is evident, for instance, in the multiple awards that our companies HÄRTHA in Weissenburg and FORTE in Stollberg have received from the IHK, acclaiming them as “exemplary training companies”.

Our training allows not only new staff to expand their knowledge. We also invest heavily in internal and external training measures for our existing staff members. To this end, we have our own well-equipped training facilities on site. We follow the motto: Knowledge grows when it is shared.
