Voor optimale resultaten in de zoutsproeitest hebben wij echter <strong>parameters zoals temperatuur, gassamenstelling en laagstructuur aangepast. <\/strong>Zo wordt bijvoorbeeld na het nitreren de temperatuur tot de oxidatietemperatuur verlaagd.<\/p>\n<p>Op deze manier ontstaat op het onderdeeloppervlak <strong>een 0,5 tot 2 \u00b5m dikke, dichte ijzeroxidelaag Fe3O4<\/strong>. Hierdoor ontstaat er op het onderdeeloppervlak<strong>een 1 tot 3 \u00b5m dikke, goed hechtende ijzeroxidelaag Fe3O4<\/strong>. De verbindingslaag die in de eerdere stap wordt gevormd, wordt gedeeltelijk omgezet in een oxidelaag door deze in een oxiderende omgeving te houden en af te koelen. Hierna volgt <strong>opnieuw een compleet oxidatieproces<\/strong> (verwarmen, oxideren en afkoelen). Voor veel materialen overtreffen ALDOX-S en ALDOX-P de gebruikelijke corrosiebestendigheidseisen.
