Net als bij <a href=\"https:\/\/haertha.de\/nl\/verfahren\/gluehen\/\" target=\"_self\">gloeien<\/a> wordt het proces onderverdeeld in drie stappen: <b>verwarmen, op temperatuur houden en afkoelen<\/b>.<br>\n<br><\/p>\n<p class=\" translation-block\">In de eerste stap wordt het werkstuk zo verhit dat de<strong> legeringselementen in de metaalkristallen oplossen<\/strong>. Hierna volgt de houdtijd om een <strong>gelijkmatige oplossingsgraad<\/strong> in het hele werkstuk te bereiken. Bij aluminium duurt dit tot 6 uur op 450 \u00baC tot 550 \u00baC. Voor staal en titanium zijn maximaal 20 uur nodig op temperaturen tussen 780 \u00b0C en \n1100 \u00b0C.<br>\n<br><\/p>\n<p class=\" translation-block\">De laatste stap is een <strong>snelle afkoeling in het gas of de vloeistof<\/strong>. Dikwandige werkstukken en sommige staalsoorten vereisen afschrikken met water. \nBij lage wanddikten of bijzonder grote werkstukken, wordt een luchtstroom gebruikt als afkoelmiddel, omdat dit een lager risico op vervorming met zich meebrengt. De afkoeltijd is afhankelijk van de vorm van het onderdeel, het materiaal en het gewenste resultaat.<br>\n<br><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"page\" title=\"Page 3\">\n<div class=\"layoutArea\">\n<div class=\"column\">\n<p class=\" translation-block\">Harden door afschrikken is niet mogelijk bij oplosgloeien. In plaats daarvan kan <a href=\"https:\/\/haertha.de\/verfahren\/ausscheidungshaertung\/\" target=\"_self\"><strong>precipitatieharden<\/strong><\/a> volgen. Daarbij wordt de sterkte door fijnverdeelde afscheidingen verbeterd. Als dit proces bij kamertemperatuur wordt uitgevoerd, wordt dit koude veroudering genoemd. Dit kan leiden tot interkristallijne corrosie tijdens het gebruik of de verdere bewerking van het onderdeel. Dit kan door oplosgloeien worden voorkomen.<br \/>\n&nbsp;<br \/>\nBovendien kan oplosgloeien de mechanische eigenschappen van <strong>sterk verontreinigde materialen<\/strong> verbeteren. Dit is het geval als de verontreinigingen in het basismateriaal oplosbaar zijn en vanaf de korrelgrens naar binnen kunnen worden verspreid. Op deze manier neemt de neiging tot warmscheuren af.<br \/>\n&nbsp;<br \/>\nOplosgloeien wordt vaak uitgevoerd bij de volgende materialen:<br \/>\n&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Verschillende
