Bij H\u00e4rtha gebruiken we optische emissiespectroscopie om <strong>ijzergebaseerde materialen te analyseren<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>De metaalanalyse kan de volgende functies vervullen:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li class=\" translation-block\"><strong>Identificatie<\/strong> van onbekende materialen<\/li>\n<li class=\" translation-block\">Controle van de <b>leveringskwaliteit<\/b> van een materiaal<\/li>\n<li class=\" translation-block\">Pr\u00fcfung eines Werkstoffs auf <strong>DIN-Spezifikation<\/strong><\/li>\n<li class=\" translation-block\">Bepaling van <strong>redenen voor overmatige slijtage<\/strong><\/li>\n<li class=\" translation-block\">Bepaling van de <strong>materiaalkwaliteit<\/strong><\/li>\n<li class=\" translation-block\">Voorkomen van <strong>materiaalverwisselingen<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"color: #6ab651;\">Optische emissiespectroscopie (OES)<\/span><\/h3>\n<p class=\" translation-block\">Optische emissiespectroscopie is ook bekend als vonk-OES. Deze wordt gebruikt om <strong>staalsoorten te bepalen<\/strong> en wordt uitgevoerd met behulp van een <strong>OES-spectrometer,<\/strong> ook wel vonkspectrometer genoemd. Het apparaat geeft het emissiespectrum van chemische stoffen weer.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p class=\" translation-block\">Zodra een materiaal of onderdeel door de vonkenstandaard gaat, ontstaat er een <strong>boog- of vonkontlading.<\/strong> Het monstermateriaal verdampt als gevolg van het contact tussen de vonk en het monstermateriaal. Door de straling komen er atomen en ionen vrij. Deze <strong>uitgezonden straling<\/strong> wordt via optische systemen geleid en opgesplitst in <strong>zijn spectrale componenten.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p class=\" translation-block\">Dit resulteert in <strong>lichtgolven van verschillende lengtes,<\/strong> die gebruikelijk zijn bij afzonderlijke elementen. Door deze golven van verschillende lengtes te meten, kunnen de elementen of <strong>samenstelling in een materiaal<\/strong> duidelijk worden ge\u00efdentificeerd en gemeten.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"color: #6ab651;\">Vaste en mobiele apparaten<\/span><\/h3>\n<p class=\" translation-block\">Voor materiaalanalyse zijn zowel vaste als mobiele apparaten beschikbaar. Bij H\u00e4rtha gebruiken we beide soorten apparaten. Hierdoor kunnen we <strong>flexibel werken,<\/strong> maar ook de <strong>exacte analyse<\/strong> van grote en volumineuze werkstukken is geen probleem.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"color: #6ab651;\">Kosten van materiaalanalyse<\/span><\/h3>\n<p class=\" translation-block\">De kosten van een materiaalanalyse zijn afhankelijk van het analysetype en het te controleren werkstuk.
