Er wordt een schoon of <strong>blank metalen oppervlak<\/strong> bereikt dat slechts weinig of geen kernbewerking vereist. Het proces is bijvoorbeeld geschikt voor hoogwaardige precisie-onderdelen en vormdelen of kostenintensieve individuele gereedschappen.<\/p>\n<p>Het hardingsproces vindt plaats <strong>in een speciale vacu\u00fcmoven<\/strong>\u3164die een maximale temperatuur van 1300 \u00b0C kan bereiken. Ook ovens met meerdere kamers tot 1000 \u00b0C zijn geschikt. Als gas voor het afschrikproces wordt meestal stikstof gebruikt, soms helium.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ffffff; background-color: #6ab651; padding: 3rem; display: block;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">INFO<\/span><br \/>\nHet afschrikproces met gas resulteert in minder vervorming dan het afschrikproces in olie of water. Aangezien gelegeerde en hooggelegeerde staalsoorten meestal luchthardend zijn, kunnen ze ook in gas martensiet vormen. Ongelegeerde en laaggelegeerde staalsoorten zijn geschikter voor <a href=\"https:\/\/haertha.de\/verfahren\/schutzgashaerten\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Harden onder beschermgas<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> met aansluitend afschrikproces in een oliebad.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Technische achtergrond<\/span><\/h3>\n<p>Het vacu\u00fcm dat bij vacu\u00fcmharden wordt gebruikt, voorkomt dat <strong>het staal tijdens het hardingsproces reageert met het gas in de oven.<\/strong> Dit voorkomt ontkoling en oxidatie van het oppervlak.<\/p>\n<p>Voor het afschrikproces wordt een nauwkeurig afgestelde gasstroom (meestal gecomprimeerde stikstof) in de gloeikamer gevoerd. Op deze manier kunnen zelfs scherpe randen en grote overgangen in de doorsnede goed worden gehard <strong>omdat de zachte gasstroom nauwelijks vervorming van het onderdeel veroorzaakt.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Dankzij moderne installaties kunnen we bij H\u00e4rtha alle processen automatiseren en reproduceren. De temperatuur van het te harden materiaal wordt tijdens het hardingsproces gecontroleerd met thermokoppels.
