Tuttavia abbiamo <strong>adattato dei parametri, come temperatura, composizione del gas e struttura degli strati, <\/strong>in modo da ottenere un risultato ottimale alla prova in nebbia salina. In questo modo sulla superficie del componente si forma<strong>uno strato di ossido di ferro Fe3O4 saldamente aderente spesso da 1 a 3 \u00b5m<\/strong>. Lo strato di collegamento generato nella fase precedente viene parzialmente convertito, mediante mantenimento e spegnimento in ambiente ossidante, in uno strato di ossido. Segue quindi <strong>un ulteriore processo di ossidazione completo<\/strong> (riscaldamento, ossidazione e spegnimento).
