In H\u00e4rtha usiamo la spettroscopia a emissione ottica per <strong>analizzare i materiali a base di ferro<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>L'analisi dei metalli pu\u00f2 svolgere le seguenti funzioni:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li class=\" translation-block\"><strong>Identificazione<\/strong>  di tipi di materiale sconosciuti<\/li>\n<li class=\" translation-block\">Controllo della <b>qualit\u00e0 di consegna <\/b>di un materiale<\/li>\n<li class=\" translation-block\">Prova di un materiale conforme alle <strong>specifiche DIN<\/strong><\/li>\n<li class=\" translation-block\">Identificazione delle <strong>cause di eccessiva usura<\/strong><\/li>\n<li class=\" translation-block\">Determinazione della <strong>qualit\u00e0 del materiale<\/strong><\/li>\n<li class=\" translation-block\">Identificazione univoca dei <strong>materiali per evitare confusione<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"color: #6ab651;\">Spettroscopia a emissione ottica (OES)<\/span><\/h3>\n<p class=\" translation-block\">La spettroscopia a emissione ottica \u00e8 nota anche come spettroscopia a scintilla o spettroscopia spark. \u00c8 utilizzata per <strong>identificare le tipologie di acciaio<\/strong> e viene effettuata <strong>mediante spettrometro OES<\/strong>, detto anche spettrometro spark. L\u2019apparecchio rappresenta lo spettro di emissione delle sostanze chimiche.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p class=\" translation-block\">Quando sul materiale o sul componente viene applicata una scintilla si crea una scarica che vaporizza il materiale campione. Gli atomi e ioni rilasciati vengono eccitati emettendo una radiazione. La <strong>radiazione emessa<\/strong> viene inviata a un sistema ottico, dove viene scomposta nelle <strong>singole componenti spettrali.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p class=\" translation-block\">In questo modo si creano <strong>onde luminose di diversa lunghezza,<\/strong> tipiche dei singoli elementi. Misurando queste diverse lunghezze d'onda \u00e8 possibile <strong>identificare in maniera univoca<\/strong> e quantificare gli elementi contenuti e i componenti.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"color: #6ab651;\">Apparecchi fissi e mobili<\/span><\/h3>\n<p class=\" translation-block\">Per l'analisi dei materiali sono disponibili apparecchi sia fissi che mobili. In H\u00e4rtha usiamo entrambi i tipi di apparecchiature.
