Le pi\u00f9 comuni sono il <strong>rivestimento PVD,<\/strong> un processo fisico, e la <b>deposizione chimica assistita da plasma<\/b>, detta anche Plasma-Assisted Chemical Vapour Deposition, in breve PACVD.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p class=\" translation-block\">Inoltre si distingue tra <strong>rivestimenti in carbonio amorfo contenente idrogeno<\/strong> (Amorphus Diamond-Like Carbon, in breve ADLC) e <strong>rivestimenti privi di idrogeno.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"color: #6ab651;\">Rivestimento in carbonio amorfo idrogenato<\/span><\/h3>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p class=\" translation-block\"><strong>Il rivestimento ADLC<\/strong> \u00e8 la variante pi\u00f9 comune del rivestimento DLC. Di norma si esegue utilizzando il <strong>processo PACVD.<\/strong> Questi strati DLC raggiungono durezze comprese tra 1.200 HV e 2.200 HV e <strong>coefficienti di attrito a secco da 0,1 a 0,2 contro metallo.<\/strong>\n In linea di principio, possono essere impiegati a temperature fino a 300 \u00b0C.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p class=\" translation-block\">Le propriet\u00e0 del rivestimento possono essere adeguate ai risultati desiderati aggiungendo appositi <strong>elementi di drogaggio.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"color: #6ab651;\">Rivestimenti DLC privi di idrogeno<\/span><\/h3>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p class=\" translation-block\">Solitamente i rivestimenti DLC privi di idrogeno sono <strong>pi\u00f9 duri di quelli ADLC<\/strong> e hanno anche un coefficiente di attrito molto basso.
