Si ottiene una <strong>superficie metallica pulita ovvero lucida,<\/strong> che non richiede rilavorazioni o ne richiede pochissime. Il processo \u00e8 adatto, ad esempio, per componenti di precisione e pezzi stampati pregiati o per stampi singoli costosi.<\/p>\n<p>Il processo di tempra avviene <strong>in uno speciale forno sottovuoto<\/strong>in grado di raggiungere temperature massime fino a 1.300 \u00b0C. Si possono usare anche forni multicamera fino a 1.000 \u00b0C. Quale gas di spegnimento si usa di norma l\u2019azoto, a volte anche l\u2019elio.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ffffff; background-color: #6ab651; padding: 3rem; display: block;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">INFORMAZIONI<\/span><br \/>\nLo spegnimento in gas determina una minore deformazione rispetto a quello in olio o in acqua. Poich\u00e9 solitamente gli acciai legati e altolegati vengono temprati in aria, possono formare la struttura di tempra martensitica anche in gas. Gli acciai non legati e bassolegati sono pi\u00f9 adatti per la <a href=\"https:\/\/haertha.de\/verfahren\/schutzgashaerten\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">tempra in atmosfera controllata<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> con successivo spegnimento in bagno d\u2019olio.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Background tecnico<\/span><\/h3>\n<p>Il vuoto della tempra sottovuoto <strong>inibisce una reazione dell\u2019acciaio con i gas presenti nel forno<\/strong> durante il processo di tempra. In questo modo si inibiscono la decarburazione e l\u2019ossidazione superficiali.<\/p>\n<p>Per lo spegnimento nella camera di ricottura viene introdotto un flusso di gas regolato in modo preciso (di norma azoto compresso). In questo modo \u00e8 possibile temprare bene persino spigoli vivi e grosse variazioni di sezione, <strong>in quanto il flusso delicato di gas non genera praticamente deformazioni sul componente.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Grazie a impianti modernissimi, in H\u00e4rtha siamo in grado di automatizzare e di riprodurre tutti i processi coinvolti nel procedimento. La temperatura del materiale da temprare viene controllata mediante termoelementi lungo l\u2019intero processo di tempra.
