In questo modo \u00e8 possibile, ad esempio, temprare in maniera estremamente mirata solamente la superficie interna o quella esterna di un componente. Lo si fa mediante induzione. A questo scopo <strong>con una bobina in rame si genera un campo elettromagnetico alternato.<\/strong> Per effetto della resistenza elettrica nel componente si sviluppa calore che pu\u00f2 essere portato fino alla temperatura di tempra individuale.\n<br>\n<br><\/p>\n<h3>Processo di tempra<\/h3>\n<p class=\" translation-block\">Contrariamente ad altri processi di indurimento, la <strong>tempra a induzione viene eseguita in modo sequenziale.<\/strong> Ci\u00f2 significa che l\u2019area da temprare viene riscaldata spostando l\u2019induttore, pezzo dopo pezzo, e viene sottoposta a spegnimento per mezzo di una doccia.<br>\n\u00a0<br>\nA seconda delle dimensioni del componente e dell\u2019induttore, il pezzo pu\u00f2 anche essere fatto passare gradualmente attraverso l\u2019induttore. Inoltre durante questo processo pu\u00f2 essere necessario un moto rotatorio (ad esempio per gli alberi).<br>\n\u00a0<br>\nInfine \u00e8 eseguita una distensione dell\u2019acciaio a bassa temperatura o un rinvenimento.<\/p>\n<p class=\" translation-block\"><strong>Tempi di riscaldamento e di mantenimento brevi garantiscono un\u2019ossidazione minima.<\/strong> Per rendere possibile la configurazione della struttura desiderata, il tempo di mantenimento e la temperatura di tempra devono essere impostati con i giusti rapporti. Questo dipende dai tipi di materiali, in particolare dal tenore di carbonio.
