Successivamente, in un bagno di nitrurazione (bagno di sali fusi) a 580\u00b0 C, viene generata una zona di diffusione protettiva. Durante questa fase nella superficie del componente penetra non soltanto azoto, ma anche carbonio.<\/p>\n<p>Per ottenere le propriet\u00e0 desiderate, la composizione chimica del bagno di sali fusi viene regolata di conseguenza. Il trattamento pu\u00f2 durare da pochi minuti a diverse ore, a seconda del tipo di acciaio. Una volta terminato il tempo di trattamento, si utilizza acqua, olio o un polimero per raffreddare rapidamente i pezzi.<\/p>\n<h3>Post-trattamento in bagno di ossidazione: processo Tenifer QPQ<br><\/h3>\n<p>Nel processo Tenifer QPQ, i pezzi vengono immersi in un bagno di ossidazione dopo il bagno di nitrurazione. Successivamente, i pezzi vengono raffreddati con acqua. Il trattamento Tenifer conferisce un'estrema resistenza alla corrosione, spesso superiore persino agli strati galvanici.
