In questo modo si forma uno strato di collegamento in ferro, azoto, carbonio e nitruri, che \u00e8 noto per l\u2019elevata resistenza all\u2019usura e il basso coefficiente d'attrito.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Il processo comprende quattro passaggi:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Nitrocarburazione<\/li>\n<li>Bagno ossidativo<\/li>\n<li>Pulitura meccanica<\/li>\n<li>Post-ossidazione<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Questo trattamento mirato massimizza la protezione dalla corrosione e migliora la stabilit\u00e0 meccanica dei componenti. Oltre alla denominazione precisa del materiale, devono essere definite anche la temperatura del precedente trattamento termico, la durezza a cui si mira e la profondit\u00e0 di nitrurazione desiderata. Nel caso si desideri un trattamento parziale, sono necessari appositi disegni.
