Dann wird aus mindestens drei H\u00e4rteeindr\u00fccken die Kernh\u00e4rte ermittelt. Diese ist n\u00f6tig, um die so genannte Grenzh\u00e4rte festzulegen, die 50 HV \u00fcber der Kernh\u00e4rte liegt.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Danach erfolgt eine <strong>Vickers H\u00e4rtepr\u00fcfung<\/strong> mit H\u00e4rtepr\u00fcfeindr\u00fccken vom Rand weg zum Werkst\u00fcckinneren hin. Die Nitrierh\u00e4rtetiefe ergibt sich nun durch ein Ausmessen des H\u00e4rteverlaufs von der Oberfl\u00e4che bis zur berechneten Grenzh\u00e4rte (siehe Grafik).<\/p>\n<\/p>\r\n
